Your account uses a nickname, private email address, chosen avatar, country, language and time zone. A phone number is optional unless needed for a contact or delivery option you select. We do not automatically publish your Google name or photo.

For a session, we process your selected service, time, language, payment status and the short preparation you choose to share. Preparation is optional; it is access-restricted and normally removed 30 days after a completed session (proposed).

Free card and quiz experiences work without an email address. Anonymous answers remain in the current browser session. We save a reflection only when you choose to. We do not use relationship answers to target advertising.

Payment details are handled by the payment provider; we never ask for your full card number. Email marketing and WhatsApp/SMS marketing are separate optional choices, unticked by default, and can be withdrawn in your account. Refusing marketing never affects purchases or Club status.

Aya Guide is an AI or clearly labelled FAQ helper, not Andreea. Messages are not stored permanently by default. Do not send card details, medical information or someone else's private information.

Use Privacy & data in your account to download your data, delete saved reflections or request deletion. Purchase records may need to be retained under applicable requirements. We use appropriate safeguards but cannot promise an unbreakable system.
