Check your service, session language, date, duration, time zone and full price before booking. We hold an available slot briefly during checkout; a payment still processing is not a confirmed booking. If payment arrives after a hold expired and the time cannot be confirmed safely, we contact you to arrange an alternative or refund — never double-booking.

Rescheduling: possible only up to 3 days (72 hours) before the session, through My bookings, to another available time. Cancellation: if you cancel, the payment is not refunded. Late arrival: the session still ends at the originally booked time, so you keep only the remaining minutes. Refunds: purchases are non-refundable, except where applicable mandatory law requires otherwise. If Andreea cancels, you can choose a new time.

The session is prepaid for the duration you approve. The timer starts when both participants are connected, pauses when either disconnects, and ends at your purchased duration unless a separate capped extension is bought. There are no invisible continuing charges.

Recording is off by default and requires the enabled feature and explicit agreement of both participants.
