These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services, website, and retreat programs offered by Ayahuasca Angel (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking a retreat, participating in any ceremony, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Voluntary Participation

  • You must be at least 18 years old to participate in our retreats.

  • Your participation is entirely voluntary, and you acknowledge that ayahuasca ceremonies and associated activities may involve physical, emotional, and psychological risks.

  • By booking, you agree to assume all responsibility for your participation and release Ayahuasca Angel from any liability.

2. Medical Disclosure

  • You must provide full and accurate medical information during booking, including physical and mental health history, current conditions, and any prescription or recreational drugs used.

  • Certain health conditions and medications can pose serious risks when combined with ayahuasca; failure to disclose may result in refusal of service without refund.

  • We reserve the right to decline participation if our facilitators determine it may be unsafe for you.

3. Code of Conduct

  • Respectful, non-disruptive behavior is required at all times toward staff, facilitators, and other participants.

  • Any aggressive, disrespectful, or unsafe conduct will result in immediate removal from the retreat without refund.

  • Alcohol, recreational drugs, and prohibited substances are not allowed on retreat grounds.

4. Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • A deposit or full payment is required to secure your booking.

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the retreat start date may be eligible for a partial refund, minus administrative fees.

  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the start date are non-refundable.

  • No refunds will be given for early departure, missed sessions, or failure to attend without prior notice.

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the retreat. In such cases, we will offer credit toward a future retreat.

5. Assumption of Risk & Waiver of Liability

  • You acknowledge that participation in ayahuasca ceremonies carries inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, emotional distress, or psychological effects.

  • You agree to waive all claims against Ayahuasca Angel, its facilitators, employees, and partners for any loss, injury, or damages arising from participation.

6. Privacy & Confidentiality

  • We respect your privacy. All personal, medical, and spiritual information provided will remain confidential and used only for retreat purposes.

  • We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except when required by law.

7. Media Consent

  • We may take photos or videos during retreats for promotional purposes.

  • If you do not wish to appear in media, please inform us in writing before the retreat begins.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Country/Region], and any disputes will be handled in the courts of [Insert Jurisdiction].

9. Amendments
